With the growth of artificial intelligence and data centers, the need for electricity is growing faster than ever. And with demand drastically rising, energy affordability is top-of-mind for millions of Americans. Despite this, federal policies are making renewable energy – the cheapest and fastest energy to deploy – increasingly impossible to build. On top of that, the Trump administration is doubling-down on oil and gas.

How will this impact costs for consumers and companies? How do these actions affect the United States’ ability to compete with China and other nations now leading the global clean economy? And what’s the role of technology, state policy, and business in getting America back on track?

E2 executive director Bob Keefe will moderate a discussion as we look ahead to 2026; from top storylines to anticipated policy changes, and even under-the-radar topics that might make big waves, with three preeminent energy journalists.

Don't miss this timely and lively conversation!
