Phaneuf, Tadayyon-Eslami's Paper Accepted in Physical Review Letters

Atomic force microscopy images of patterned GaAs(001) illustrating temperature driven change in unstable growth.

MSE Professor Ray Phaneuf and graduate student Tabassom Tadayyon-Eslami's work on a temperature driven change in the unstable growth mode on patterned GaAs(001) was recently accepted for publication by Physical Review Letters. This work forms the main part of Tadayyon-Eslami's thesis, which she will defend on September 1. Congratulations!
